We’re now expanding our performance marketing team — and we’re looking for a Media Buyer who knows how to turn data into results. Someone who understands how to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost.

Whether it’s scaling winning campaigns, improving conversion rates, or refining targeting and creatives — we want someone who can continuously improve performance and support sustainable brand growth through smart, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Confidently and independently builds campaigns ‘from the ground up’ across Google, Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, Linkedin, and Snapchat platforms.
  • Ability to analyze results and translate them into insightful actions to internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Optimize Search and Social campaigns using your in depth knowledge of bid strategies, audience targeting and best practice campaign structure

  • Key role in budget management / planning across multiple markets and platforms according to the clients key KPI’s. Experience using Google Keyword Planner, YT planner, Facebook Campaign Planner

  • Ability to build test and learn frameworks using your knowledge of how to implement experiments/ AB tests across Meta and Google

  • Up to date knowledge of best practices across platforms and the ‘go to’ person for technical in platform queries from the team.

  • Click-Through Rate (CTR)

  • Conversion Rate

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), when applicable

  • Lead quality feedback from Sales

What You’ll Need

  • Keen attention to detail and a data-driven mindset

  • 3-4 years of experience in Media Buying or Performance Marketing.

  • Communicates clearly and concisely to different stakeholders

  • A problem solver who can identify issues and independently come up with solutions

  • Ability to manage relationships as the go to point of contact for day to day communications

  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console – knowledge of how to pull various reports
